MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES
In implementing the EP «State Audit» the Department has a sufficient training area that meets safety requirements. 12 classrooms equipped with multimedia technology, 7 computer labs equipped with PC hasse (DualCore / 2.4 / 4Gb / 500Gb) are used in the educational process. In addition, the department has 3 specialized classes, which are equipped with multimedia equipment (115 - lecture auditorium; 306 auditorium-laboratory with 10 HP PCs (DualCore/3.2/8Gb/500Gb); 408 auditorium for master students, 409 for PhD students with 5 HP PCs (DualCore/3.2/8Gb/500Gb). There is a broadband Internet connection via a fiber-optic line. Access to the network is provided from 100% of the computers involved in the educational process and used in the administration of educational activities. To date, the park of computer equipment of the department as a whole, is 27 personal computers, 2 laptops, 3 projectors.
Technological support for students of EP and teachers is carried out on the basis of the Platonus ENU system, which is an automated information system that allows to fully automate the processes of the credit system and distance learning technology. The system has a centralized database, which reflects the events and processes of the university.
Each student has the opportunity to use his personal virtual office: to register for elective disciplines and to form his own individual curriculum; to familiarize with the disciplines and syllabuses; to view the transcript and timetable of studies; to assess the plagiarism of the dissertations.

Assessment of plagiarism research, final and dissertation works is implemented in accordance with the procedure for checking graduation papers of students for plagiarism.
Equipment (literature, journals, databases) for the library. The management of the study program, the teaching staff of the department, service personnel carry out systematic work to analyze the needs of educational programs in material, technical and information resources. To improve the quality of library and information services for readers and their growth in attendance and improve digital literacy, the following has been organized: providing access to the electronic library; expansion of online services provided to readers in 24/7 format; electronic mailing, placement on the library's website and on the monitors of educational buildings. The reader should be informed about the rights and responsibilities of using the library upon admission to the University by familiarizing themselves with the University’s Library Rules..
To find the right publications, the reader directly visits the library. In the library, the reader can use a computer to use the software «KABIS».

The acquisition of literature is made taking into account the need for each discipline of the EP, according to the applications of the department. For the replenishment of the book fund allocated 8-12 million tenge per year. The total fund of the library as of the 2018-2019 academic year is 1,650,591 copies, including 4,60313 copies in the Kazakh language (27.6% of the total fund). The total book provision in relation to the given contingent of students for the full cycle of study is 140 units per student. The Department of State Audit actively prepares textbooks corresponding to the reformed state audit system. The Academic Staff of the Department in close cooperation with the state audit bodies produced textbooks and manuals available in the university’s library in paper and digital formats: State Audit (in Russian and Kazakh languages), State financial control, Planning, control and evaluation of budget expenditures (in Russian and Kazakh languages), as well as two multimedia tutorials.
As part of the educational process in 2022-2023, an application was made for the purchase of books in a total of 150 pieces.
Financial planning and financing. The university carries out current planning and distribution of financial resources, based on the mission of the university and using the results of work on the development of EP.
The teaching staff of the department "State Audit" for the period of existence, in order to provide the material and technical base of the educational programs being implemented, were written and published, including at the expense of the university: textbooks, teaching aids, monographs in Kazakh, English and Russian:
