The international cooperation
The main areas of work of the Department of Finance in the field of international cooperation:
— carrying out activities to expand and strengthen international contacts and cooperation, as well as enhancing interaction with international and regional organizations, foreign universities, foundations and programs;
— organization of mutual exchange of teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates and students in the development of contracts and projects of long-term cooperation programs with foreign partner universities;
— inviting domestic and foreign scientists to give lectures, conduct master classes and organize research work.
The department constantly carries out certain work on establishing international relations with universities of the far and near abroad. The department has close ties with the following universities: Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), Orenburg State University (RF), Novosibirsk State University (RF), Belarusian State University, BA School of Business and Finance (Latvia), University of Warsaw (Warsaw, Poland), Cracow University of Economics (Krakow, Poland), University of Economics in Bratislava ( Bratislava, Slovakia), Kyungpook National University (South Korea), Shynzhan University, Urumqi (China), University of Finance and Central Economics, Beijing (China), etc. There are 57 partner universities in total.
Academic mobility and invited foreign professors
In the framework of academic mobility, the best foreign and domestic teachers in economics and finance are involved. The teaching staff of the department takes over from them advanced experience in teaching and conducting scientific activities. Invited scientists take part in the discussion of directions for improving the scientific and methodological support for the preparation of masters and bachelors. Cooperation with universities of the CIS countries has a long history and good traditions. International relations with the leading scientists of the countries of the near and far abroad are actively developing. In different periods foreign scientists visited the lecture for reading the lecture: Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Russian University of Peoples Friendship T. Blokhin. (May 2012, September 2014), Doctor of Economics, Professor of Orenburg State University NI Parusimova. In 2013, for two weeks, there were master classes, presentations, discussion round tables (mini-conferences), cultural events with such leading professors as:
- Wolfram Scharff - Doctor of Science, Professor of the Institute for Environmental Analysis (Germany);
- Levent Altynay Professor of Strategy and Business Development at the University of Oxford Brookes, Great Britain;
- Metin Kozak University Dokuz Eyel Turkey;
- Chung Lee, Professor of Pittsburgh State University, USA;
- Tuyakova Z.S. Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Professional Accountant, Russia, Orenburg State University, Head. cafe. "Accounting and Audit";

- J. Bruno, Professor, University of Saskatchewan, Canada;

As part of the implementation of the educational program, the department also carries out work on inviting well-known foreign scientists to participate in joint scientific projects, conducting classes. - 2022-2023 academic year, PhD Saban Selik (Izmir Katip Çelebi University Department of Business Administration) was invited to give lectures to undergraduates of the OP "Finance".
In 2012, the World Economic Youth Forum "The Place and Role of Youth in Modernizing the Economy" was held and online lectures of Nobel Prize winners Robert Aumann, Finn Kydland, Christopher Pissarides, John Nash, Edward Prescott were broadcasted in 20 universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Earlier, the staff of the cafe attended the international scientific conference of young scientists on the theme: "The Business Bridge is an Innovative Future for Youth", a video lecture of the Nobel Prize winners John Nash, Sir James Myrlis, Robert Aumann, Roger Kornberg, which was broadcast in 16 leading universities of the republic.
In 2013, within the framework of the Astana Economic Forum, the Youth International Scientific Conference of Students, Masters and Doctoral Students was held on the theme: "Current Trends in Economics and Management: The View of Youth".
The traditional organization of summer schools and lectures of leading scientists from foreign countries, such as Wolfram Scharff (Institute for Environmental Analysis (Germany), Edilberto Segura (USA), Chung Yang Lee (USA), Hartmut Hirsch-Kreinsen (Germany), Dikhtyar Svetlana Vasilieva PFUR (Russia), Laptev Nikolai Nikitich (Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov (Russia), etc.

One of the numerous examples is the international scientific conference "Human Capital in Kazakhstan: Status and Prospects", which brought together heads of ministries and departments, deputies of the Parliament of the Majilis of the country, guests from the USA, the Republic of Korea, the PRC, Malaysia.
January 31 and February 1, 2013. in the city of Lucerne (Switzerland), I held the 1st International Scientific and Research Conference between the ENU them. L.N. Gumilev and the Institute of Management and Regional Economics (IMER) at the Lucerne State University "Innovations in Economics". As part of academic mobility, the students of the specialty 5В050900 - Finances were trained in Slovakia, Germany (Zhambyl Assiya, Sadykzhan Aydin, Kurmanbaeva Aizhan, Gera Yuliya).

Our 24 students were enrolled in the following universities: Otto-von-Guericke University under the Erasmus Mundus program in Magdeburg, Freie Universitat Berlin under the Erasmus Mundus program in Frankfurt am Main, Bratislava University of Economics, Eskishehir Osmangazy University in Turkey, Business Institute and technology management of the Belarusian State University. Four students from the Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn, 17 students from Russia - Penza and Tuva State Universities came to us for 1 semester training.
